Mobile advertising trends, solutions and innovations at the first Madhouse workshop in Prague

Madhouse is determined to change the way advertisers communicate with their consumers and the audiences, therefore we organize workshops on a regular basis in the CEE region to provide a deeper insight into the ever changing and fast paced world of mobile advertising.

We dedicate these events to the hot topics and revolutionary attitude of the mobile advertising sector, highlighting its most recent news and the mostly advertisers, marketers and agencies participate in it. In recent years we had such occasions in Hungary and Romania, and we held our first workshop in Prague on current mobile ad trends on the 28th of April. The workshop was divided into two parts, in the beginning we had three fascinating presentations about various topics of the theme, to examine the field from more aspects, and afterwards the guests discussed the heard in the frames of a networking lunch.


The presentations about mobile advertising

Lolly Mason represented Celtra, the global leader for rich media mobile ad serving and analytics, and spoke about the importance of creativity in mobile advertising – what consumers want and respond to, the importance of building specifically for mobile.

Pavel Krista from GfK draw up the latest technologies that allows the company to identify whether and when the person is exposed to advertising, on several different devices and unify the customer experience with a browser and applications, which in turn allows more accurate assessment of the campaign as a whole, as well as the effectiveness of various formats and ad creative. This information gives you an overall picture of the brand and the campaign in full scale. It sounds like a good competitive advantage, isn’t it?


From Madhouse Tomás Vika, sales manager in line with Zoltan Gaal general manager presented our captivating mobile ad formats and the best tools for advertisers to approach consumers the most effective, but gentle way on mobile. They showcased the various innovations Madhouse offers, with which running a successful mobile optimized campaign is not an unattainable goal anymore.


After the presentations to let the information be processed and discuss the heard a networking lunch closed the gathering. We had a great time meeting many representatives of the Czech advertising market, and as conclusion we could state that mobile should be part of the media planning and the actors should be educated about the innovations of the field. Mobile advertising was never such important!
